Saturday Morning MG Club Tour

Did you know we offer private club tours on Saturday mornings? If you belong to a club you can make arrangements with us to bring your club to our main headquarters where you can hear our story of how we got started and walk through our 33,000 sq. ft. facility. We can show you first hand all of the services we offer and you’ll get to see some of the cool projects we are working on at the time. These tours are based on our availability and are at no cost to your club or its members. To make private arrangements to bring your club in for a one on one tour give Tricia a call at (330) 296-1963.

Today we hosted a few MG Clubs called MG Pub Night. The Ohio Chapter Of New England MGT Register, the NAMGAR and the NAMGBAR clubs all came together to learn more about what we do here at Mongoose Motorsports and Portage Trim. It was our pleasure hosting them here on this beautiful, sunny Saturday morning!

Our customer Steve chose a great color scheme for his 1963 Grand Sport Corvette. His car turned out really nice!! The building color in the background is a perfect match to Steve’s GS not to mention the American Flag makes this picture perfect!! Another Grand Sport Coming To Life

Our paint booth has been occupied a lot lately. We have had so many restoration jobs and Grand Sport builds happening that our paint booth always has something in it anymore!! Our GS customer decided to go outside the traditional box by choosing this color scheme and boy, did it ever turn out nice!! It’s always exciting to watch our Grand Sport builds come to life!

Surprise From Australia

You just never know who is going to be standing on the other side of the door when you hear someone ring the buzzer!! We had a surprise visit from our customer Ray and his friend Graham who traveled to the USA all the way from Brisbane, Australia making Mongoose Motorsports a priority on their trip to the states. Ray has been enjoying the Grand Sport that we built for him for years now. We take pride in our customers becoming our friends after doing business with us!!
